Le Comité Scientifique International de NCP’07 est composé de 140 membres, leaders spécialistes, de 30 pays. De nombreux séjours invités (d'une semaine à un mois) ont eu lieu dans la plupart de ces pays, ainsi que des séjours réguliers à Metz de chercheurs de ces pays.
